I would like to ask someone about the form G-325A, Biograpic Information. We got confuse of putting none on it instead of putting the correct one. The answer should be the address the beneficiary lived in for more than 1 year outside USA. We already submitted our packet and it we got the NOA1 confirmation last 28 April. What will happen? Thank you.

Best case: They disregard the mistake.

You won't get an RFE until they've picked up your case, so by current estimates, in maybe 3 months from now.

You completed a G-325A for the petitioner and beneficiary, and this question is regarding the beneficiary's form? You used her address in the Philippines, correct?

Hi Hank!

I was the beneficiary and she was my petitioner. We both filled up the said form.

We got confused of my form because it says applicant's address outside the USA for 1 year. We thought that we're talking about the petitioner's address. I guess we did it wrong.

What do you think will happen?
