What is the waiting time for Ghana now

I have a friend who's sibling wants to file for the entire family in ghana. .sisters and brothers..

His brother a US citizen. He will like to know how long it will take as he was told it takes 10 years.

Is it true?

If they submit the document today will it take them 10 years from now that is 2016 to 2026....For Ghana?

According to the Visa Bulletin for May 2016, siblings with petitions filed before June 22, 2003 are eligible for visas. They have been waiting for 13 years.

Your friend's siblings can expect to wait that long. It could be shorter or it could be longer. There is no way to know.
