I-129f approved March 17, 2016. I've been calling NVC twice per week since the 30 day mark and they have not seen it. Today, I was told to call USCIS at 1-(800)-375-5283. After explaining the situation, my call was elevated to another level. The officer located the file and determined that the approved petition was never mailed to the National Visa Center. He put in a service request and gave me a confirmation number. He said our petition should be at NVC in 1-2 weeks.

I'll post again when I learn new info.

Congrats! I've read before that some cases are mistakenly sent to archives instead of NVC. I was glad that they were at least able to locate it.
