Good Morning!

USCIS received the petition on March 30, April 6 my fiance received the email with # case, the NOA1 never got physical mail and the date of receiving expired.

Yesterday reviewing the status of the case reads "Documentation was sent to Mail "...

My question is, they going to send the NOA? Is something wrong in the process?

I don't know much English, excuse me if I write something wrong...

Thx!

Are you referring to the online status on case tracker? Could you elaborate on what that status says, because the sentence you are quoting is incomplete?

I'm understanding that you are wondering about receiving the physical NOA1?

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

My online status says "The documentation was mailing" ...

My fiance never received the physical NOA1 on the date that was supposed to receive.

Why say that? We did something wrong? Is USCIS going to send the physical NOA?

Are you checking your case status here:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

You are using the WACxxx case number?

I don't believe that it says only "The documentation was mailing", because that does not mean anything. Please give some more information so we can help.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Good question. Did you put in a request to have a copy of the NOA1 mailed to you?

From what I'm understanding... you sent your I-129F in late March and you received notification of receipt with the case number starting with WAC assigned. So the U.S. petitioner should have received the letter in the mail stating that same information approx. 2 weeks after that email.

Neither you nor your fiance have called and asked for a copy of the NOA1? Maybe it would be helpful if you post a picture of what your case status updates look like (make sure to black out your case number).

I agree, you should wait to see what you receive in the mail. Shouldn't be too long of a wait... a week at most usually.

Maybe you can try calling USCIS... can't hurt to try and see what they say about what that "document" might be.
