Its gonna cost me more ??? Or i will habe same price as everyone else ?

Generally, yes.

And what is the pictures size they need ? Like Us passport passport ? (5x5)

Yup.

P.S. I'm not sure how it works in Morocco, but in Serbia some people just get the vaccinations they need (and don't have) prior to the medical at their GP's office and it generally costs less than getting them at the medical.

Doctor will give you the vaccinations needed / make sure you get a copy of these for your own records

he will put one copy in the medical packet that you are not allowed to open and keep / it goes to embassy

this costs should be part of the medical exam

incha allah all will go well

It's generally the case that if the applicant needs to receive any vaccines, those are charged extra (i.e., they're not covered by the cost of the medical). Not sure what OP's consulate is, but the instructions for Casablanca clearly state that any vaccines are charged extra (instructions for other consulates).

I'm from Sweden and I couldn't get hold of any previous vaccinations so when I had my medical they took a blood test to see what vaccinations I had received as a child. I ended up needing two shots and I had to pay extra. They cost almost as much as the medical.

Yeah, I had to get two shots too. I don`t recall how much they cost exactly, but I think one was around $10 and the other was about $30 on top of the $150 for the medical itself (the prices obviously differ in different countries).
