Hi,

Does someone know why USCIS site provide processing times for I-212 in all of them?

Is that just for I-212 together with the I-601?

When it comes from solo/lone I-212 there´s nothing about the Field Office...

I don´t know where I can take a reference for it.

Well, I know everyone say: there´s no timeframe and bla bla bla, but at least a reference for it...

It´s hard to understand that they do this kind of situation, they have a price for it, but they give no reference about anything. Their site is confusing about it.

I´ll appreciate if someone will be able to help me,

Thank you.

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)
