if you have enough income, you don't need assets or social security, if you are the petitioner, you already proved that you are a USC

either tax returns or tax transcripts

As He is the perinioner, we filled out our petition I-130, Im the only applicant. We need to fiil out an I-864EZ. And As Financial Documents we just need, IRS Tax Transcript and Evidence of Income. Thats all.
