It is normal processing times like others unless there are reasons for expedite. I am not sure since you are not married and he is only PCS but not deploying that its reason for expedite. I can give example of my situation with expedite. I and my husband were together in Belgium where he was stationed, we got married in september 2012 and were supposed to stay in Belgium until at least January 2014. He got sudden orders to leave in 3 months to US, we requested expedite since he had to clear Belgium duty station and I had to move to Czech with my parents and our I130 was approved within 2 months I think.

Hi. I think we are in same situation. I'm korean girl and my boyfirend is in military and currently stationed in texas. We filed our petition in early april and we've got the receipt this week that our case is received.

When we filed, we added the statement for expedited process since my boyfriend get deployed in the end of june. So we're waiting how fast they can work on our case but don't think that'll be done so fast. (I've looked into every cases as much as i can find on the internet). So we're just waiting for the next step.

Our original plan was getting me K1 visa before he leaves and having me move to the states. But i don't think that happens by june. It takes 3-4 months to get K1.
