So we filed for my wife's naturalization today, and we are studying for the test, and many of the questions involve, "What is your state's...." "Name your state's..." etc. etc.

Thing is, we filed from overseas as we are military. So what is her state of residence? We never had to (or at least weren't told to) fill out anything indicating a state of preference or anything, so we're not quite sure how to approach it.

My state of residence is Minnesota. We filed at the Nebraska Service Center. Her POE was in Michigan (Detroit) back in 2013, and she lived with me for ten months in Ohio right after we moved in together before we got stationed in Englan. So....which is it, if any?

She will naturalize here overseas on base, so there is no field office or anything that will handle it. So needless to say, we're a bit lost.

That's what we're planning for at the moment, and we have e-mailed the USCIS staff in London this question, hopefully they get back to us.
