Hello Veejays, my husband and step daughter arrive this febuary, so relieve to have my family here, my question is can i file them in when i file my Federal Tax returns,we are in the process of getting their SSN

Are you asking can you file with your husband and child? Of course you can. You could have been filing MFS (Married Filing Separate) since you been married.

Once you get SSN you can file MFJ (Married Filing Jointly).
