AOS show as paid but IV fee still cannot pay

I check AOS status and it show as Paid as of today Feb 11,2016. But when I click to pay IV, it show as zero and I can't. When will it show the invoice amount so I can fill out DS260?

For me it was about 4 days after i paid the AOS fee. It should be available for you to pay soon. I am assuming you have already sent your DS-261.

After paying the IV fee it took another 3-4 business days before the DS-260 was available.

They won't unlock the IV fee until your DS-261 is approved. Call NVC and ask if they will review your Choice of Agent form over the phone. Then give it about 24 hours and you'll see the IV fee has been unlocked and ready for you to pay. Then give it about 1-3 days for that payment to be cleared and the IV application will be unlocked.

N-400/Citizenship process:

My parents is a LPR (IR5) on Mar 2015 and they are currently employed. This mean they only have one 2015 W2. Their income met with I-864p. Will only one Tax return good enough?
