My phone calls from Pakistan to my wife's AT&T phone number in USA not showing on call history.

I was thinking of downloading the monthly bill from her AT&T which also lists the calls she makes and receives in a given billing cycle. Wierd thing is, my calls to her dont show up on the call history. I have looked through her call history on AT&T website for over an year and none of my phone calls show up. She spent over an hour with AT&T customer care phone number and they were'nt of much help either.

Really annoyed about it as I was thinking of providing the phone call history as a proof of bona fide marriage. Wondering if anyone else here faced the same problem. Any suggestions here?

Thanks a lot for reading my post

What else were you going to include? Do you use Skype or another communication service? Are there pictures? Bills in both names? Insurance (life, medical, auto, home...), wills, powers of attorney? What about flight itineraries or other documentation showing shared travel? Shared financial accounts, both names on a lease?

Not sure why your calls didn't record, but there's lots more that you could, and should, use. Is she calling on a land-line or cell phone? If a cell phone, maybe she can take screen shots of the call log...

i assume you are using a VOIP to call your wife. If your local telco provide international calling to the US. trying using that. that will work.

I plan to use our text messages from Whatsapp, pictures together, deed for time share which has both of our names, car insurance that also has both of our names, statement from our savings account, and possibly power of attorney that we required for house refinance.

Was thinking of including call history showing the weekly calls I make to her. I call her over weekends directly from my cell phone to her cell phone. Dont use any calling cards or anything like it. Not sure what VOIP is though. But my crappy phone doesnt has wifi capability either. Really frustrated why the calls arent showing up on her AT&T account.

Never tried one, but I did a Google search and saw there are apps to export your cell phone call log. Maybe something like that would work for you.

Good suggestion, but the real question is, will the NVC and the US Embassy view a call log exported using an app as a credible source to rely on.
