Hi all,

Its been more than 50 days that Im waiting for NAO2 is approval of i129F. My fiancee in USA thinks because the number of applicants on my petition are more that is why it may take more time. Has anyone experience same thing. I have my 20 years old daughter and 17 years old son as K2 applicants

Plan for 10 months and be happy with 5.

50 days is nothing....some people here have been waiting for more than 7 months for NOA2. Ours took more than 7 months. But since your petition is in CSC...it should come soon.

Cutting it real close, too close to call if she will have her AOS approved by 15 June, she may "age out."

Seriously doubt that having children on the application would result in a notable delay in adjudication. The K1/K2 portion of our immigration journey took around nine months. YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
