Risk of not having a joint sponsor(I-864)?

Hello,

I have a question regarding I-864. I'm adjusting my status from a K-1 visa holder.

My petitioning sponsor(USC) hasn't filed any tax return yet(including the most recent tax year of 2014). So, she wrote down her explanation on the last page of I-864 that she was a full time student and had no income to file tax. In addition, she got employer's letter and pay stubs to prove her full time status and income well exceeding the poverty line.

The question is, are those above enough to get approved by USCIS or do I need to get a joint sponsor to be safe?

I'm worried that her relatively young age due to graduating last year from college and also not submitting tax return would cause any problem even though she wasn't required to. Other than that, I think her document is perfect considering the stability and salary of her current job.

Thank you for your time, and have a great day!
