Hello. First of all I'm youssef from Morocco .I'm posting this nd I'm hoping to get answers . I'm youssef nd I'm born in 1996 I met my wife since 2012 and then we decided to married last year my wife from South dakota we are filling out the I-130 form but the problem is difference of age the age gas is 27 years old a lot of people telling me to stop process becouse of age they saying I will get dined I don't know what to do I'm lost please help me. 27 years is a huge age gap. But it's not a reason to stop the process.

So you are 20 and your wife is 27? Or the gap between you is 27 years?

You have to prove the relationship is genuine. No one here can tell you whether you will or won't be approved. It's up to you to prove to the consular staff that you are a genuine couple. Genuine couples have no problem proving their relationship is genuine. Photos, tickets to travel to see each other, joint finances, and so on.

Thank you so much.I know 27 years is a hug gap I have a lot of evidence such as pics with me and family and tickets nd traveling together and she visited me twice

You met your wife when you were 16? I think age gaps are scrutinized a bit more when there are child bearing issues. You also have to consider cultural norms for your country. Be prepared with lots of evidence. She should seriously consider being there for the interview when it comes time. Good Luck

The evidence you mentioned are the normal ones submitted with any I-130 petition. You will need something more than that. Plus in the Arab countries/cultures its not common that men marry women who are older than thim even with couple of years, your case is 27 years. You and your wife need to be well prepared in your visa petition.

Also what about your religion. More focus now is on religion (Muslim) coming out of the Middle Eastern counties. Are you Muslim? Is she?

they will surely ask about the circumstances under which you met. You were a child when you met. Also, about the future. You are married to a woman who is very unlikely to be able to bear children anymore due to her age. You're only 20. How do you feel about never being a father? It's very young to make such a lifelong decision. I'm sure you've discussed these issues between you.

As long as you know the person well enough and it's a real relationship me and my husband are 14 years different but we also have known each other for 8 years and I have visited him multiple times and so is he . You just need to have a strong case

So you were 16 and she was 43 when you guys met? That could be a red flag....but if you have a lot of evidence you should be good. How many times did you guys meet before getting married and how many times after?

When I was 16 I met her and we were just friends then we met in 2015 and got married so one time before married nd second twice after married that's could be enough?
