Good afternoon! I posted a question once before, but I have more questions...

I am the U.S. citizen, and I will be submitting the petition for our K-1 visa early next month. I am currently in Panama visiting him (he is from Venezuela), and I have kept my boarding passes, my passport was stamped upon entry, the receipts from ATMs, restaurants we have eaten at, and places where I have bought clothes and groceries. We also have taken quite a few pictures in different areas of Panama City, and I will also print a copy of the hotel receipts. They have my name on them only, but it does state there are two adults. My question is will this be enough proof that we met in person or do I need more? When I return home, how many pages of Facebook Messenger texts should I include?

Also, how long is it currently taking to process K-1 petitions bound for Venezuela?

Thank you for all responses.

In our application I submitted a couple of pictures from our two meetings along with the boarding passes, hotel receipts and passport stamps. I saved the majority of pictures and Skype/email for the interview. I cannot comment on Venezuela, but this is what worked for us.

Good Luck!

You want to include copies of his boarding pass, passport, etc. to show that he was in Panama at the same time as you.

Thank you all for the responses! He doesn't have his boarding pass because there was an issue with the plane where they had to turn around, and then go back, but he does have a stamp in his passport and there are several pictures of us together. Will that work as well?

We submitted our pictures, boarding passes, hotel receipts and we asked the receptionist to write our names in the receipt (handwritten), the same goes for the meals then pictures with my friends and family in different places that we went to. Screenshots of our chats from the very first time we met, skype logs, emails and text messages talking about future plans (kids, pets, where we will live, our dreams, our goals individually and as a couple, where our kids will go to school, how many kids we want to have, their names) - we both don't have social media so we really had to scour our chat logs and messages in text apps. If you have facebook, your facebook posts that have your pictures, statuses tagging him and when you became facebook official. Not sure if the process depends on what country, but generally it's about 4-6 months :) ours was only 4 months, we were able to schedule the interview and then medical after receiving the case number but all in all it was 6 as I had to save money for my medical and other expenses for things I needed to complete on my end during the process :)
