So 2013 was the last time your wife has been back to Ghana? Did you take your wife around and introduce her at all? The neighbors not knowing sealed it for you. Plus you don't know what a hater may have said. Yes haters are there and they could have said anything.

To have known each other for so long over 4 years you should have had good amount of evidence. But if her last visit was 2013 might also have been an issue.

So what kind of evidence did you provide? All you can really do now is wait out your petition coming back and await what USCIS decides nothing much else to do.

Your wife could request a 2nd interview and say she will fly in and talk to the CO in person. But you must move fast before your petition is sent out to do that. A slim shot but doesn't hurt to ask.

Yes please she has kids and hardly find someone to take care of them for her to travel plus the cost involve flying all the way from the states to here it's not cheap I believe the VO should understand that

CO's do not care about her hardship of finding someone to watch the kids nor how much it costs to travel. Their view is if she can't afford it

or make arrangements then she should not have married someone in another country.

Ghana frequently returns cases. She can quickly (as in today) contact her senator as DWheels said and through him request another interview

and she should be on the premises if it is granted. Otherwise the case will be returned to USCIS and she will receive a NOID/NOIR letter

so she can rebut the CO's findings with all the evidence you have together. If USCIS is satisfied with the evidence then they send it again to the embassy

where you will be contacted for another interview, this all takes about another year.

She must find a way for at least one more visit in the mean time.

Sorry you both are going through this.

Going through your phone is just ridiculous but I have heard of this before.

They look at details, so for future reference be much more observant and carful.

Case in point is your sentance structure. It has no periods at the end of a sentance. It runs on and on. In our culture that speaks volumns about the person. I use this only as an example for you. Watch the little things and the big things take care of themself.

Best of luck. And yes I know first hand, be it Ghana or the US or any other country for that matter, there are haters who will try to pull the wheels off your wagon. The only way to combat this is to be more careful with the details.

I hope you receive some help to get a 2nd interview, she should plan on being there when & if that

happens.

Talking to neighbors with your pics is worst than a STOKES because you have ppl who don't want

to mess up any chances in the future for them If they suspect they were from immigration, there's

those who will tell if they see you say hello to a female, there's the jealous ones, & some may think

its terrorism investigation.

Be sure that you both can put up the funds for plane fare if you have to re-interview, they set the

dates usually a short time period...be prepared...when they have field investigations then involve the

fraud dept...sorry its not gonna be easy

I think you should listen to the advice of your lawyer and your wife should plan a trip to see you soon, and continue to collect as much evidence as you can and make sure it's organized! This embassy is tough and even if your granted a new interview now and your wife comes there is no guarantee that they would listen to her as I had the same out come when I appeared for my husband, you need to discuss your interview with your wife because somewhere along the line something happened for them to be acting this way you should try and figure it out so you can try and show proof that they were wrong or it's not true as to what their thinking, so when the papers come back you can hand that proof to your lawyer and they can get it turned in for you. Good luck ??
