Hello everyone.

As I have mentioned in my previous topics my finace's I-129F got Approved by USACIS but unfortunately interview didnt go well and got refused by the CO at US Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia on Oct, 27th. and the application was sent back to USCIS for further actions. So im filing a new I-129F for her because I know the previous one will be expired anyways before they review it again. But here I have a problem with question number 14 which is says: Have You Ever Filed For This Or Any Other Alien Fiance, Or Husband/Wife Before?

if you answered YES provide the following for each alien.

14e. Date Of Filing

14f. City or Town

14g. State

14h. Result

what do I write for the date, city, state, and the result? is it the date that I-129F got approved by USCIS or the date that they received it?

also does it talk about my city and state that i live in or the center that the application got approved in? and for result will it be Approved or Refused? it got approved by USCIS in California Service Center - Laguna Niguel, CA and got refused by U.S. Embassy in YEREVAN ARMENIA. im a little confused here. Fiance and I are experiencing a very difficult time now, we know it will take us another 5-6 months at least to repeat these processes again :( please share with us if you have any other advises that might help our case in such situation. THANK YOU AND WE ARE REALLY APPRECIATE .

Hey! We are in the same boat and I think your fiancé must have had the same CO...he sounds to me like a miserable and rude man. We are also planning to refile but are hiring someone to help us put together a better case. Its heartbreaking, I know but don't give up! I don't know the answer to your question but I just wanted you to know you are not the only one in this situation.
