Opinions invited please - Doubts on the I-751 packet sent

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday my wife when sending our joint I-751 packet - forgot to send the pictures we've taken in the last two years. Once she realized that she quickly sent in the pictures separately in another mail today. Since then my mind is flooded with questions and may be I am overthinking the situation.

• The second time my wife sent in the pictures separately - the cover letter specifically mentioned that this is in addition to the original packet sent yesterday for XYZ alien number.
• I am now worried if Immigration is going to include the pictures with the first packet and treat is as one or not. Is there a possibility that we may have unnecessarily complicated the situation by sending in the pictures in a second separate mail?
• Should I call the Immigration/DHS folks to request them to ensure that the pictures are also considered as evidence with the first packet sent?

Please advise.

I think there is nothing to worry about. if they need additional info they will certainly send RFE but i really think you guys should be good.

Photos are considered secondary evidence so their presence (or absence) can be considered trivial. When you get your NOA letter, you will see that you have an additional opportunity to submit evidence so USCIS receiving a 2nd package from an applicant is no big deal. Please do not waste their time and yours with a phone call. That is reserved for applicants with much larger issues. She should've waited for the NOA1 to send any additional evidence. There's no telling if it will be joined up at this point in time. But don't worry about it as mentioned, photos arent required. We sent 2. Lol. But thats all we have together.

Not during ROC, but in the K-1 process forgot to sign some forms and mailed them off blank. Once I realized I mailed them seperatly with a cover letter explaining what I did. I never had an issue and when I went to my interview I saw those resubmitted forms in my file.

Don't worry about what you can't control. They will either put them with your file, not put them with your file and ask for more evidence, or not put them with your file and it won't matter any way! Just wait to see what comes, if anything, but if I had to guess, it won't matter and you'll just carry on through the process like normal.
