I was not sure where to start within "Topic List"
I am a married to a US Citz with a Green Card - Expires 2017 -

I have not had the money to put my daughters applications in yet, she is 14 and her I-94 is very expired like "2003" expired

I was wondering if there was a way that I could get her a SS# without that application being made at this time,. She has just turned 14 and would like to apply to online classes that are not in our State of Florida and there is noway I can get past the applications without a SS# - Also my husband has now been given excellent insurance coverage through work and they are also asking about her SS #

I hope someone can help me :)

Thank you
Charlotte

Social security numbers are not given to people here illegally except in DACA cases. You need to file AOS for your daughter if you want her to have an SSN.

The cost for AOS could easily be covered by the taxes saved from having her added as a tax dependent with a SSN.

Yes she is claimed ... waiting on her AOS is fine, I was just confused about the possibility of SS# prior 2 that, I have already filed me and 2 of my children with success, shes the last little one to be sorted.

I so appreciate the replies.
