Hello everyone,

I have a question about AOS Bill. So on 16 of November our case was assigned and I have completed 261 form. Now I am waiting to pay AOS bill, but it is still not available. ( cant select payment), how long it takes for them to assign me a bill?

Also, do you suggest to submit all documents to NVC electrically or my mail ?

Thank you very very much!

Electronic processing is not available for Latvia cases. Mail is your only choice for document submission to the NVC.

There is no certain time period when the AOS fee will be invoiced. Although it appears that the fees are usually invoiced at the same time or just after the DS-261 is available. When exactly did you submit the DS-261? The same time you received your case number and IIN? .....(Because i am looking at your timeline and it says K3 so there is no information on the DS-261 submission and it takes some time for the DS -261 to become available after your case and IIN have been assigned)

So mine Case number and ID number was ready 16 of November and it was an option to complete DS-161- so now this online is completed since 16 of November but I still cant pay the bill, I also noticed from others that when 261 is ready to complete the issue bill straight away- but mine is still not ready - almost 2 weeks after I completed, so may be I dont get something ? i tried to call them- but they said - they cant help me, and now will be holidays- and I guess it will take forever:(

Which Browser are you using? The Internet Explorer browser is recommended when paying fees on the ceac website ;)
