Im asking this quesiton to help my brother who is doing AOS for his wife thru K1 so he sent everything in Aug already but he got a RFE requesting for tax returns and letter of employment, should he also include a letter letting them know that they are expecting as right now they are still 2 people for household and her due date is in Feb? Plus i just notice it now that they use WIC information as a relationship evidence will this cause any problem?

USCIS is not concerned about the pregnancy, they will only be concerned after the baby is actually born.
