URGENT. CAN I SEND ONLY W2'S

The Consular officer requested a new joint sponsor I864 with tax transcripts OR w2's, is it Ok to send I864 and w2's for the las three years and not send any tax transcript cause they take a week in mail and I wanna submit docs soon,

Note: on the I864 instructions: you must submit the most recent tax transcript.

I am confused guys, Do I have to follow the 221g litteraly and send only I864 and w2's or do I have to add 2014 tax transcript.

that's true, but just because the CO stated extactly to bring him tax transcripts OR w2's, he is giving me the choice to bring only w2's. am I right? or atleast i have to submit the most recent tax transcript with w2's of 2013 and 2012

I've not heard of any embassy accepting w2s in lieu of tax transcript/filed taxes. If you don't send what is needed you will put your case in jeopardy. Why not wait a week for your transcript and be certain of compliance?

A human can walk into any irs office and get the transcripts. Ask the clerk to put the office stamp on each page... then scan/email [hire a teenager if no tech skills], print out and drop off.

They will not accept w2. My husband took in tax transcript. You should get those mail. Those are official and what they need.
