Sending in Documents for visa instructions

OK, So I am a little confused as I am reading that some people are sending in their visa instructions along with DS160 and other necesarry information PRIOR to scheduling an appointment for the intwerview. In our visa instruction package it clearly says that the package should contain confirmation of CSC apointment, confirmation of paid fee and postal office for the pick up location . So I am confused if we should send all other documents in except for interview appointment date since we can't get one yet

~Moved from K1 Process to Europe/Eurasia Regional Forum~

~At this stage of the process instructions/requirements are often embassy/consulate-specific~

No, wait until you schedule your interview. It took us three weeks until new dates opened up on CSC, and since Ankara is a very busy embassy you will probably have another 2-3 months to wait until your interview (ours is a 10 week wait). So no need to rush to send in the packet until you know when your interview is.

Hello,

My interview is on Jan.11.

all my docs are ready to be sent in to the embassy as we are instructed to do so at least 15 days prior to the interview date. However, when I went to the PTT office that I have chosen, they said they cannot accept my docs since I should have some kind of courier-in authorization certificate which is produced by the CSC on the system. There is no such thing in my account. I wrote to the embassy and got no replies. I called CSC several times and they tell me to contact embassy.

What's this certificate? How can I get it? How can I send my d*** docs?

thank you

Hm, I belive it would be a receipt of payementt that certain post office and confirmation receipt of the PT office location that you have choosen. Or at least that is what we think. Our appointment is also janu 11th, and we are ready to send the documents in.
