My wife has just became a US Citizens last Spring of 2015 and is in the process of bring her mom and dad here from China. We filed the tax as Married Filing Joint for the past few years so it shows our combined total income in the return tax transcript. Even though I'm making more money than my wife and our total income is way above the 125% poverty guideline, do I need to file the I-864 also or just my wife? My wife is the petitioner for her mom and dad. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Your wife would complete an I-864 and you would complete an I-864A as a household member. Since you earn above the 125% poverty guidelines, you won't need a joint sponsor.
