hello friends :

all know that i married my wife from 2009 and we get denid and 2 times too , my wife had cancer i take her here for redoitherapie and chimo after 3 month doctor say that all what we have here in my country can't help , she is now in usa in hosptel for cancer doctor say she will die in 3 to 6 months and i only watch her on skype dieing .... very bad feeling consulat close door on my face and i really want go see her befor she die . i really dont know what i can do .

help me for god please help me i only have u here ?

OMG that is horrible. I'm so sorry to hear about your wife's illness and all you've gone through. Unfortunately, I have no advice to give as to what you can do to be able to be next to your wife during her last months but I still wanted to write and offer you a hug and say that I hope you can get at least a tourist visa to be with her.

Perhaps remove the picture of your poor wife. She is clearly suffering. Let's respect her privacy.

Why was your visa denied twice? That will be relevant moving forward.

Sorry for what your going through but let her live in peace instead of posting her photo. Second there must be a reason or red flag you have been denied again .

Very sorry to hear that. If you post the reasons of why you were denied and where your case is now we may be able to help you further.

If she is able she should contact her senator and perhaps a lawyer at this time.

At this point the only option you truly have is a tourist visa. I just don't know if you have time to get it accomplished in what little time your wife possibly has. Where in the US is she if you don't mind me asking. If she is close to where I am, I will do anything I can to help you. I am in Texas. I don't know the whole circumstances, and I know she is gravely ill, but perhaps would she be well enough to travel back to Morocco to be with you in her final days? I hate that the two of you are separated and I can't imagine the frustration and the agony you are both in being apart from the one you love in a time such as this. I will keep you both in my prayers. Inshallah something will work out for the two of you.

Have your wife or her family contact the US senators and US representative for help on a humanitarian basis in granting you a visitor visa.

With two denied spousal visa, you are extremely unlikely to succeed on your own with a visitor visa.

Being denied twice already is a very difficult situation. I don't know if having that doctors certificate will help or hurt you in trying to obtain a visitor visa. You would still need to prove strong ties to your country. You haven't given any info about ur case, why you were denied twice, and what steps have been take. (If any) moving forward.

Not much any of us can tell you or do to help you. So very sorry for your situation. It's very sad you cannot be with her at this devastating time. I can't imagine how painfully difficult that must be for both of you. Praying for you both.

there is no such thing as a humanitarian visa; there are tourist visas, business, student, etc, visas, but no such category as humanitarian...section 214b has not been suspended (or will not be suspended) just because you want to visit a sick relative....the reasons for GOING to the US largely do not matter...it's the reasons for RETURNING to (in this case, Morocco) that matter.

Apparently you have not been able to convince a CO on two earlier occasions that you would return, and having an ill relative in the US is not a reason for returning; rather, it's a reason to stay there.

You may think the COs are hard hearted...but they are required to follow our laws, not your heart. Issuing visas out of sympathy is one of the worst things a CO can do....it is not career enhancing.

Neither senators nor congressmen can change a visa decision nor are they empowered to 'order' a CO to issue a visa, so that route is futile.
