How do you check if case complete? I see a lot of post that mention that they get 3 N/A's but not sure what that means. Please explain exactly what is listed on the CEAC website and what are the 3 N/A's? Sorry if this question has already been asked and answered before.

" After you send your AOS/IV documents to the NVC and complete your IV application online, log on to https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx daily. You will normally see two N/As on the screen in the fields for AOS Documents & Financial Support and for Civil Documents. If you log in one day and you see three N/As (the third one will replace Paid in the AOS Fee section), that should mean your case is complete! That's why people get so excited when they see that third N/A. Definitely call the NVC to confirm this information".

I think you will receive an email that says "The NVC has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing of your case ..." or somethng similar.

We've been impatiently waiting for that notification almost a month already. I was told we have to wait 30 days to review all IV and AOS docs that we sent 10/13. I was also told they will notify us.

3 N/A are not a hard and fast rule , because my case is completed and I got a case completed email and I am just waiting on the Interview letter , and I still dont get 3 N/A's . I know a lot of other members whose case is completed and gone on to interview without getting 3 N/As.

How long did you wait from sending all supporting docs (IV and AOS) till you received the email? I feel like it's taking forever....

I sent AOS/IV Package overnight mail signature on delivery and NVC received on 10/19, I received an email on 10/22 stating that they received my documents and have started processing and I should have an update in 30 days. Is this the letter you're talking about? Because it wasn't a case complete email it just stated my docs were received I think others have called it my scan date.

I appreciate you sharing your experience, hopefully I'll either get that email or see the 3 N/A's soon... whichever way, I get confirmation I'll be happy to see that case is progressing to final step. Thanks again.

We also have an October 13th scan date. Hopefully everyone will start getting those CCs soon. As far as we can tell there aren't that many people from early October with CCs.

I got tired of checking the CEAC site daily so I built a small program that automatically logins to the CEAC site using our case number and invoice number and then looks for the N/A under the AOS fees. If it finds the "N/A" it sends an e-mail notifying me of the "Case Complete." I programmed it to check the site every hour. I know some people don't get the "N/A" but it seems like the majority do, so checking the CEAC site seems to make sense; and if it can be done automatically, why not?

This little program has freed me from constantly having to check the site manually.

That is another story, I completed my ds-260 since june but was under cspa review for one of my beneficiary and that was completed in August, I had to call NVC to because they kept on sending me check list for the DS-260 which was complete in August. They put us on Supervisor review again because of this in October and we finally got the case complete letter October 30,

Do we need to pay AOS fee again if NVC ask for more documents. We have paid AOS fee first time and after one month NVC have asked for my more documents.

As you can see in the attached picture it's showing N/A. Please advice

Furthermore We have received notification via email that our case ha been processed and they will advice about interview date.

Good day to all. I am a very confused newbie here.

In the CEAC site it shows 3 N/As (one each for AOS Fees, AOS documents and Financial Documents and Civil Documents). Status for IV Application and DS-261 is 'completed'. IV Fees is stated as 'Paid'. Our scanning date is Aug 21. We called up NVC and was asked to wait and be patient. Our case is put on 'Supervisor Review' a few weeks back and we still have no reply from NVC. We have gone so far and still don't see the light. Where did we go wrong? Anybody out there who can give us some ‘enlightment’? :( Thank you in advance.

Congrats :) to me it looks like you have a Case Complete, because I read it somewhere that if you have 3 N/A that means you have a Case Complete. Have patience for a few days and hopefully you will have an email from NVC regarding it.

Don't worry ... it seems you also have a Case Complete. Many people have discussed regarding 3 N/A which means they are almost done with case complete :)
