My fiance had his interview Over 20 days ago...It was approved but we still haven't had any sort of update.I can honestly say I'm losing hope.I sent our petition last November,He had his interview last month and now its back to waiting but I don't know why it would take this long if hes been approved!

We both have emailed, tried calling multiple times but all we get is silence.I know that every case is different but when I see others who haven't had to wait as long already get there visa back,it makes us feel concerned.

My fiance wants to wait another week,Hes trying to find a lil brightness to the situation.

I just dont know what else to say :clock::clock::(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Don't worry, they're just overloaded with Yemeni ppl. The CO told us we can come take back my passport in 5 working days, but a worker said it takes at least 15 days. Been 1 week now, and they did not touch our case, so don't worry at all, your fiance will get his visa:)

Yeah same here. The embassy has around 1200 Yemeni to deal with, on the bright side it's the last wave, the embassy is overwhelmed... They have a civil war and no other country accepted to help them except Algeria, I don't mind that at all, but at least the embassy could give Algerians a small priority :(

When there was no movement on our case, we emailed ustraveldocs. It seemed every time we emailed them we would get someone to touch our case. Maybe it would always say ready, but there would be an update change. Maybe this won't help you, or maybe it will. I just wanted to let you know what we did. We continue to pray for everyone in this difficult journey.

Insha'allah everyone will get their visas soon

I also experiencing the same. We submitted our case on Nov 2014 and My interview was on Oct 28, till now no closure.. Me and my fiance so desperate, he keep trying to make me strong but I am just in the place where I feel this is too much to handle, I just need to be living with my fiance and growing our love.. But it feels so much difficult with this process. And I am so tired of waiting :(
