Suggestions to improve list of evidence

I prepared a lot of evidence to be filed with my I-751 petition. I'm including 4 months of statements for our joint bank account and various credit cards. In general, is it good to include more evidence or does it annoy USCIS?

Here is a list of evidence I complied so far:

• Completed I-751 JOINT Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
• Check for $590 to the U.S Department of Homeland Security.
• Photocopy of both sides of <My Name>’s Permanent Resident Card

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

• Copy of the deed of our house in our living trust, joint titles of our cars showing co-ownerships of properties
• Copy of health care directives and power of attorney documents designating each other as the executor
• Copy of joint tax return of 2013 including both 1040 and IRS transcript
• Copy of joint tax return of 2014 including both 1040 and IRS transcript
• Original notarized affidavits sworn by friends and family members
• Copy of our driver’s licenses showing the same home address
• Copy of joint bank account statements from Bank of America
• Copy of joint utility bills in both our names sent to our home address
• Copy of Mercury joint auto insurance policy with both of our cars insured
• Copy of various joint credit cards and corresponding credit card statements
• Copy of evidence showing AAA and Costco joint memberships
• Copy of our wills and living trust
• Copy of itinerary from vacations we took together
• Copy of holiday cards and letters we received as a couple showing our home address
• Photos of us with friends and family over the course of our marriage

Is the list of evidence good enough? Should I try to find more evidence? Any suggestions or comments are appreciated. Thank you

4 months of joint bank accounts aren't enough, they want statements from the time of marriage to current. Same for CC statements if you have them.

You need to submit everything from the date you got married until the day you mail in your paperwork.

I strongly lean toward this. You might add one bank statement per quarter, starting from date of marriage, if this isn't the extent of what you've compiled already (= unclear).

You're to be commended for thinking of the wills and powers of attorneys.

There's no such thing as being too anticipatory or too prepared during this process. You can deservedly feel good.

That's not enough, you need every month since you got married, and/or opened the account.

Not strictly necessary. We provided one statement per quarter for the duration that the joint account was open and our ROC application was approved without any RFE.

That recommendation was OK last year, but frequent RFEs being given this year state otherwise.

Lately they want to see the monthly activity that takes place in the accounts and it's not just a time thing. I would submit every month.

The thing is we have 5 or 6 credit cards. It would be crazy to include every month statement for all credit cards. Should I just include every month statement for the joint bank account?
