IMBRA RFE for dating website

Hey guys,

I just wanna make sure if I understood everything right and we won't have any problems with our RFE.

So my fiancé received a RFE for our K1 petition, because we met on an online dating website called "interracialdatingcentral". (The site is not for US citizens to meet people from abroad only.)

So it would only fall under IMBRA if it was spezialiced in dating between US citizens and a foreign woman/man, am I right?

But since it's for people from all over the world we shouldn't have a problem if we get a statement from the site admin, stating their website is not an international marriage broker?

What else should we include in our response to the RFE? (besides the website's Terms of Use and their email reply) I don't wanna make a mistake that will cause more delay/RFEs. ;)

Hello .this happend .i also got RFE . like you .but I and MY fiance made it .we sent everything of wesite we meet on and our conversations on it. .all you need to give information about this website you both meet on( google its) . and your conversations you both had on it .also copy your infromation from this website and information of your fiance ..goodluck

Hi

Glad you guys got approved, congrats. I received a letter from USCIS requesting the same information, my fiancee and I met online on latinamerican cupid, but on the form I29f i didnt answered NO to the question if we met through a IMB, my question is did you guys answer No as well on your application?

Please help
