I am a K-1 visa petitioner and today I received an email from US embassy Islamabad in which they sent me 'Packet 3.5'. In this email the list civil documents such as birth certificate, police certificate, divorce certificate etc. to be submitted along with other stuff that they have mentioned. Do I (petitioner) need to give mine too or she needs to submit hers or we both need to submit all the civil documents?

I already submitted my divorce certificate at the time of filing I-129F and if I need to submit again then I need to get another certified copy from the county which takes almost 30 days. Please advise ASAP.

Thank you

?, unless she was divorced also, it "sounds like" they are talking to you, we did not receive anything like this. Contact USCIS? in your area? ..set up a meeting with them?

yes.

follow up with USCIS. U telephone myself. They made a typing error when they sent me the receipt. They are helpful where it is within their jurisdiction/responsibility. So I followed up with an email to HCMC. Very good people.

I pray this is helpful to you/
