Green card arrived today :)

Thanks everyone for the input on my questions during my process of applying and gather documentation, I appreciate that there are people like you guys that share and help out in public forums like this, I'm sure it saves more than quite a few dollars to be honest...

Anyway, resuming my experience dealing with USCIS was actually pretty good, the process was super smooth and I got everything done in exactly 111 days.

In the next few days I'll be putting a post up with a lot more details, some how-to documents I gather along the way, my opinion on various topic that seem like a grey area, and some other stuff I think may be useful for people applying.

Please how many days did it take from when you got updated about green card production till when you actually received the card. It's been 15 days now and my status hasn't changed from 'welcome notice mailed' even though I got updated about green card production before the welcome notice update.

6 days from update in the site saying "we ordered a new card..." until I got it in my hand. The complete process took me 111 days from mailing the package to getting the green card in the mail. I have a log file I kept with every interaction so when I have more time I'll be posting that and a few more things I consider important.

Also in the interview they told me that it usually takes around 2 to 4 weeks to get the card, I think they just shoot for a longer time than what it actually takes, but I also guess there are cases where it can take that long, it also depends on the area you're in.
