Hi everyone,

I am about to finally submit my packet but honestly the written instructions are excellent and the search feature is great when looking up old questions but I am unable to find many good posts with pictures of actual completed 129F packets that are sent off and unfortunately I guess for me I am a very "visual person". I do not do well with only written guides can anyone message me with photos of a completed packet that they mailed off page by page specifically the photos how they were attached the evidence of an ongoing relationship as well I just need to see how it "looks". I would really appreciate the help honestly I just cannot just go off of the written instructions or if anyone has a link that would show a sample one put together page by page that would be awesome.

Is going to be hard to find someone to willingly share their applications due to the amount of personal information they contain.

Have you checked out the example forms? http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

Hi,

Thanks for replying yes the forms I had my prepaid legal help me out with completing (but they will not go any further) without fully retaining them, what I mainly need to see is the actual photo pages I guess and maybe a picture of the submitted packet at a minimum.

I emailed my pics from my phone to myself. Then downloaded them and printed them on a color printer on an 8x11 1/2 sheet of white paper. I then wrote with ink pen on the paper our names date and location of the pic.

Don't make it overly difficult on yourself. Assemble your packet in the neatest most organized way for you. I simply arranged the documents in order that my cover letter listed them. In the end it looked like an inch and a half thick of stacked papers. Paper clips no staples.

The guides and example forms here are awesome. I did it all myself.

Best of luck!

For the photos, we just printed them off and put them in a plastic sleeve. It was just 4 photos of us to prove we had met (let alone spent 8 month pretty much living together!).

I doubt you'll get a photo of the whole packet due to privacy.

But try this YouTube video:

The OP wasn't asking about photos that are included in the packet. He was asking about pictures of a completed I-129-F package so that he could know what everything looked like. At any rate, he seems satisfied with an answer above.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I sent mine like this. I try to make it easy for the USCIS also easy for me to review my documents before sending in. I don't think it does matter how your package looks like. As long as it has everything they need you'll be fine.

Don't have a picture but let your imagination loose:

Imagine a large stack of papers. Many sections paper clipped together with large paper clips. Imagine the entire bundle clipped together with a very large binder clip. Imagine all that being placed into a USPS Priority Tyvek Mailing pouch.

For the photos sent, about 8 in our case, we took digital photos. I had actual 4x6 prints made at Walmart. I then printed the photos, 4 per page, onto a piece of paper and included description text beneath each. Then on another blank piece of paper clipped beneath this sheet, I placed the 4 photos into a plastic baggie and stapled that to the blank piece of paper. On the back of each photo, I affixed a label which I printed from blank label stock with our names and a short description/location/date.

For the evidence of ongoing relationship, imagine nothing....I sent nothing related to this since all that is only needed for the interview.

Hope your imagination works well.

If you want I can describe what was done for the relationship evidence needed for the interview.

Evidence of Relationship

Note: You have to convince a perfect stranger, the Embassy CO, that you have a legitimate relationship. So many folks don't understand this and we here see many couples who only use one medium to communicate with and usually they can not display the content of the communications. Remember, it's quality or content and not quantity.

So my wife and I communicated primarily using international phone calls, text msgs, emails and Skype.

For the phone calls, I printed out a summary of some of the calls made during select dates. Obviously I could not include any information of what we talked about, just that a call was made. Ditto for test msgs, I printed out a summary of select months showing the many msgs but nothing about what they said.

For Skype, you can download the log of Skype calls and again nothing about content. One thing that I did do was during many of our calls, especially ones where the little child was included, I took screenshots using Skype and then printed many of those on a piece of paper with some text description included below.

Obviously the main source of content was our emails.

Most relationships follow a normal course, there's the getting to know you phase, then talk about being together including at a later stage talk of love and marriage (I believe that lovey dovey stuff should be included since most couples that intend to marry do that!) then talk about visiting each other and planning the meeting in person, then talk about the visa process and finally talk about life and living in the US.

Your evidences should contain content related to each of these steps, if you have them.

It is acceptable to purposefully generate all kinds of evidences.

I printed out select emails, one or two from each of us to the other for the nine months or so that we had from our meeting in person until the interview.

Finally I had sent her flowers for Women's Day and included a copy of that receipt which also included her apartment address and then she took photos of herself and the child with said flowers. Also sent some books, a calendar and DVDs about the city I live near and included the same.

Finally she took all this to the interview but back then Moscow was not the easy Embassy like today and she was given a 221g form requesting additional evidence,.

So, I went back through all our emails and had an Eureka event where the light bulb went off that our relationship followed that normal course as I described earlier.

So I created a 2 page Evolution of our Relationship document describing each of the steps and referred to additional emails and photos that I printed out.

I also included additional photos and described how we talked about the child's future, included photos I had sent of his Pre-School, and the elementary and high school that we would attend. I also included a photo of the bedroom that I was preparing for him (he was less than 2 at the time) including the plastic race car bed I had purchased.

I printed all this and sent it out via FedEx. (Her interview was on Thursday and the FedEx box was sent on Sunday). It would take about 5 days to arrive. On a whim, I emailed the Embassy and included my new document and select additional evidences.

The next Tuesday morning, during our regular early morning Skype session, before I left for work, we received the email notification from the Embassy that her visa was approved.

Outstanding thanks specifically for my case since she is in Tijuana I have to drive across the border so my collection of evidence has definitely taken a unique course since I do not have plane tickets or itinerary to show I have hotel reservations, whatsapp conversation history, Facebook Messenger History, receipts of roses, also I should have about six pictures of us together from various points in time. For our conversation history I have made sure to include some romantic content but one thing I will generate is more talk about marriage and our engagement there is none since we have mostly discussed this in "person". But I have included an engagement announcement in our packet but I will make sure she takes one and that we continue to discuss specifics via messenger. The best thing about messenger is it has our profile pictures so I try to primarily base our conversation history from there. Thanks so much for your information this is extremely helpful.

Hey Ayceman,

My fiancée is in also in TJ and I drive across the border too. I have to go visit her because she cannot leave Mexico due to a cancelled visa. We are currently awaiting approval of a 212 and 601 waiver. Our K1 application was approved in less than two months with the photos and receipts that we provided. At the interview in Juarez, the Consular officer didn't even look at our extensive binder filled with photos and evidence. I'm not sure if this was because she knew she was going to deny my fiancée the visa and offer us the option to file the waivers. My fiancée said that the consular officer asked her a few questions regarding or relationship and seemed to believe our relationship was legit. She probably wouldn't have offered the option to file the waivers if she didn't believe the relationship was legit.

Anyway, my early visits to Tijuana, I flew into San Diego, rented a car and drove across the border. I stayed in hotels and just included the receipts from my trips. I also tried to make sure that we always took photos in front of the hotel to document that we were there together (although when we tried to do this at the Marriott where I stayed a few times, a guard ran out and told us that we could not take photos in front of the hotel for safety reasons. I got around this by taking a picture in the room by the sliding door which had a "Marriott Tijuana" sticker on the door.) Many of our photos were just taken at random places throughout the city and we made sure to take photos with her family. I also made sure to include a photo with my fiancée and her daughter that will be coming with her on the K1 visa. My camera date stamps each photo on the picture so it coincides with the dates of my visits. Like some folks have suggested, you can just copy and paste photos from your computer into a Word document. Before you print it out you can resize the photos to make 3 or 4 fit on a 8 1/2 X 11 sheet. The printed sheets can be placed in clear plastic sleeves and included with your application. I also included a few snapshots of us on FaceTime as well as a snapshot of iMessage text messages since she has an iPad and we can communicate using those devices. As long as you can show evidence of you and her communicating and spending time together, you should be fine. Good luck.

Russ

Hi,

This is perfect I need to improve the photos maybe this weekend I have none with her daughter honestly or with her family I was saving those for Juarez but I will say if I can take at least one especially in front of a hotel the family ones I am sure I will have in time for Juarez I expect this to be a fast process from what I am seeing.
