Hello everyone,

This is my first post on this site. My husband was born in Madagascar and has dual European and Malagasy citizenship. We were married on Madagascar.Should I include both? I am completely new to the whole process.

Also, this might be a dumb question, but where are fees submitted to? Are they sent directly with paperwork?

Thanks for helping

Yes, you send a check or money order with the paperwork. You may want to consult the guides here to get more acquainted with the process: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

What to do you mean include both? On the Form I-130, there's a place to put your place of birth and current address. So, I'm guessing he would put he was born in Madagascar, and lives in France.

Further down the line, when you get to NVC, there's a form (DS-260s) where it asks for other nationalities held.

Thank you, teeak.

I was unsure about which citizenship should be noted. He was raised I. France his whole life. I guess if the forms ask where he was born and where he lived, that will be answered.
