DESPERATE. Why is NVC NOT scanning/reviewing my checklist yet??? PLEASE HELP

We really dont know what to do anymore. We received a checklist in the beginning of August. Checklist was mailed to NVC and received on August 21st. Called multiple times since then and nothing. No scan date. Mailed it a second time and they received it on Sept 8th. Called again, nothing. Mailed it a THIRD TIME and was received on Sept 23rd. Nothing. NO SCAN DATE and reps dont know what to say to me. I have emailed NVC the screen shots of those 3 tracking numbers showing they have arrived at NVC. I havent gotten a reply. We are confused and aggravated because I see people mailing their checklists and getting scanned DAYS shortly after. I have confirmed with reps wether We are mailing it to the correct address and we are!! Please!!!!! Is this normal??? We have been at NVC since May!!!

So when you been calling NVC you talk to the rep on phone? Have you requested a supervisor review? If not call now demand to speak to a supervisor. And stop sending in copies. They are there they are probably so confused on all the copies. Call now they are open until midnight. WOW May. Sorry.

They said all supervisors were busy even though I insisted on staying on hold. I will try again. Demand to talk to a supervisor. Requesting supervisor review can make you sit another 30 to 45 days.

Hello, I'm in the same boat and is very frustated , my case is there since July 7 is the scan date for the first package and July 28 They send a checklist , for my AOS signature, well i mailed again and the new san date was 8/4 and since that date nothing happen in my case I call every single date to get the updates but the Rep. always said everything stay the same on 9/11 my case is under supervisor review but even under this request my case don't even touch for any supervisor . I request many times to speak with a supervisor but always are busy and nobody is able to assist me with my case, actually my case was there since June 8 last week I request a espedite due to injury and I scheduled for a spinal surgery 10/19 and I need my husband here , I request help to my Senator and I hope soon hear a good news, I don't understant why other people get cc ina week and even couple days is not fear where is the rigths for all american citizen and Obama said help with all processsing to keep all the families together and not suffering separation. NVC is a bad goverment agency.

Yes sorry to hear about your situation and I agree. Its so frustrating to see people send in their docs and getting reviewed immeadiately after being received by NVC yet We're here waiting for months with no straight answers

It takes up to 30 for them to answer emails. I sent them an email of the tracking details on Sept 15 so Im stull waiting for an answer. We are so frustrated!! We're both in Brazil just waiting around for nothing

Luckily me and my husband are in the US but still very frustrating.30 days to process the application and 30 days for the to look at your msil. I guess.I am calling tomorrow to get am answer. Wish me luck.

@Velvety - Don't send anymore documents the more you send the documents the far your case will be pushed down to the queue. I under estimated the NVC process but now I know that it needs lot of patience and one small mistake will make your case worse. You need to call them in the morning and ask them that I need to speak to a supervisor and they will definitely will followup with the DR(Document Review) team. there might be situations where your email address is the problem because sometimes some email addresses will not be delivered by the email servers. Do you have your Applicants(wife's) email address too? I might be wrong too because you are calling them every other day but the CR cant see your mail in their system that means your mail is not scanned into their system at all. what a pathetic process is this God only should help us.

Ask for the supervisor and if you are lucky some nice CR might connect you to the supervisor.

First when I started this NVC process since then I am having issues with my case all this started when NVC is having the website issues I don't know what went wrong but first they lost my payment and then the CR told me that I can online and ask for a refund I know that its a joke getting money back from government is a joke and later one of the CR told me that I am missing the my wife's birth certificate so on August 10th I mailed the birth certificate since then there is no movement in my case I don't know what to do.

Sorry I forgot to mention my experience yesterday I spoke to the manager and in the morning I had a worst experience talking to a lady CR like around 10:30am EST and that was the worst experience I had she told me that we cant tell you when will your case get completed and she is also saying don't call NVC till November 1st and you what I did told her politely thank you Madam and around 12:20 EST I called again and there is a very nice lady CR who connected me to the Supervisor and the supervisor said that she does not have the physical file with her so she cant look into my case but you know what she reviewed my DS-260 on the phone and approved what a great manager she is and she told me that she will fallow up my document that is pending at the DR department.

Can you try calling them around 12:20 EST and give a try to see you can get connected to a Supervisor.
