Hi,

Try finding a new job, show the offer letter (if you're still in negotiation) to the CO. Maybe that would help?

Do you have assets? Piece of land somewhere in Kenya? Bank statements, or title of the house? If you have someone that is dependant on you like mother/father, that would be good to show the CO as well.

Based on my experience, the asked for bank statements, business ownership documents. The CO even pointed out,

"What's this huge transfer of xxxxx amount?"

My family was approved for B2. You need to dig deeper for proofs on your end.

Also, with no job, why do you want to visit the USA/ what will you do there and how will you pay for it? Why not find a well paying job first?

no one on this site can tell you how to succeed with a 100% certainty...but not being gainfully employed will kill off this application quickly...what can you realistically point to as a huge reason why you would leave the US? Having parents or other relatives in your home country is meaningless..people leave them everyday for a better life in the US...if you can leave them for a month, why not six? If you got married to an Amcit, you would be leaving them anyway....please don't tell us that you would never marry an Amcit because your parents come first....no one would believe that....

Membership at a local gym or having a library card will just not be considered as sufficient reasons for your return...save your money...being unemployed only speeds up an interview...
