Wait they will refuse you if you don't have a certain level of education? Or is this just a case of lying about it? I only have some high school not all of it. Will that cause me problems??? I didn't think education mattered.....now I'm nervous my interview is in 4 days.

Unless it's a diversity visa shouldn't matter

It is more likely that he either missunderstood, or they pointed at that when they were generally thinking he was lying/ the relationship was not bonafide; because if he lies about something as unimportant as his education, what else might he be lying about?

If what you are saying is that he was NOT lying and the certificate is genuine, then that should be easy to prove; get transcripts from each year of his university degree, essays he wrote, research he published and affadavits from the professors who taught him.

You are misreading it. The USCIS does not care about your education level. You will be fine.

In the case of the OP, the OP's fiance allegedly submitted a false education degree (if I read correctly), which constitutes misrepresentation to an immigration officer; and is punishable, at the very worst, by a permanent ban from the USA.

What do you mean by he told you "higher education can benefit for it ?"

That sounds like he did lie because he thought it would increase his chance to be approved which is not true.

Education level has nothing to do with a CR1.

Submitting fake documents will result in a misrepresentation with a ban.

Maybe i am reading this wrong but i see it says the CO said educaitonal documents were false. Are they?

Educaitonal level is not important but as many said, if they are, it is giving false information to immigration and is a big issue.

if not, you need to follow advise of penquin_ie and prove documetns are not fake to overcome the denial

Maybe you know he has provided fake certificates? And worried that it could be the reason? I don't education matters in that case coz I see people going to America with no education whatsoever
