Intent to Marry - US Embassy Address.

Hi there, it's me again.

I have a question regarding the Letters of Intent to Marry that me and my fiance will be writing (see attached example gyazo link). https://gyazo.com/a91d542b2f6fe8a6973fb514ea8fedc3

Specifically the section which states 'United States Consulate, [Name of Country where Embassy is Located].

On my letter of intent (as a Canadian beneficiary of a K-1 visa) am I to provide the information for a Canadian embassy abroad near my fiance or the information for the nearest American embassy?

And as for my fiance's letter of intent (as an American petitioner) should he also be providing this information? If so, what information would he provide here? I assume the embassies we would indicate would be opposite one another but am not sure.

On the I-129F address, we used USCIS. That is the "Address of filing location".

For the reaffirmation of intent to marry, the one that is sent to my fiance for the interview, I used Montreals address, as that's the consulate he's having his interview at, so I'm directing the letter to them.

So for I-129F I put:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

For the reaffirmation of intent to marry for the interview I put:

CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
MONTREAL, CANADA
1155 RUE ST-ALEXANDER MONTREAL, QUÉBEC H3B 3Z1, CANADA

Sorry to hijack this thread but you already helped with one of my questions with the answer above.

For the beneficiaries address on the letter of intent, should my fiancé use her physical address or her mailing address?

We have both referenced appropriately on the I129f but I am not sure which they want on the letter of intent.

If the beneficiary was writing a formal letter to someone important, which of her addresses would she use? This is the address she would put on the letter of intent as well.

The letter of intent does not require addresses. They are merely a formality.
