Regarding my daughters I-130 petition. Are there any delays w NVC? My daughters petition has been approved on June. My atty sent a packet to NVC 3rd week of July and filed ds-260 August 8. We haven't heard again so far and we cant get a hold of NVC. School year has been started. I am so eager to get our tickets since it is getting more expensive. I am hoping to have my daughter here for Christmas. Its been a long waiting for us. Can anybody give me some insight here and tell me what to do to get this process a little faster?

I presume you are filing a CR2 for your daughter?

If you already have an EAC# call the NVC right at 7AM ET and get an update.

If you have already paid the AOS and IV invoices; sent in the 864 and completed the online 260; then you just have to wait the customary 6 weeks between events.

Who will be accompanying her to the USEM interview and slec medical?

My mom. Not sure if my atty will go on the interview. Yes I already paid the I-864 and Iv invoices. So I guess yeah I just have to wait. It will be almost a month now since we did the DS-260
