K1 Same sex filing, Filipina working in Dubai (split thread)

Hi guys, i'm the beneficiary. We filed 7/31/2015, so I consider that we are also a August filers. Anyway, we haven't received any news yet. But, what I really wanna ask are.. What are the requirements for the beneficiary who's living in Dubai right now? I am a Filipina, but residing and working now in Dubai. We are both 22yrs of age, any idea how many percentage we can get? by filing this while im here in Dubai and she's in New York

I don't now anything about this, we havent consulted a lawyer and we just read and follow the instructions in I-129F.

Please I badly needed your advise guys, for us to overcome this and be together without being in a Long Distance Relationship. :'( i know you guys could relate on this.

P.S. we are filing K1 visa and we're having a Same Sex Marriage.

You'll have better luck in the sub forum of the area in which you have applied. Here is the link to follow to ask this questions. Many, many people there to help. Most here are just starting out and they can only concentrate on their own country's requirements.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]
