Hi:

I'm completing the DS 260 form for my wife and there is a question that Im not sure how to answer.

Can someone guide me please?

Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?

Im in USA and she will be coming to USA by herself if the visa gets approved, should I answer "NO"?

Thank you,

also, there is a question that reads:

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S Law?

She does not have any records for vaccinations but before the interview she has to do all the vaccinations that the embassy o NVC asks for.

Should I say "YES" or "NO" to this question and what kind of explanations should I give them if the answer is "NO"

Thank you,

You should put 'Yes' because the DS-260 will be used and looked at during the interview and by then, the medical would have been done and your wife would have received all required vaccinations during the medical.
