Timeline

I got an RFE last month on joint sponsor which I recently got one and his sending out his paperwork this weekend he requested me to mail him the RFE letter so he can send along with his document directly to the address on the letter cause all his ID and stuff is involve, which I did, do I have to get copies of the document he sent incase this is been required during my Interview or I won't need it at my interview seems they already got it, am just worried if I will need it or not.(Adjustments of status based on marriage to USC)

The RFE was sent to you becasue you are the one that has to respond to it. I would suggest the jont sponsor send you the documents asked for and you mail them yourself, it is your case after all.

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

@jose&Eli yes I understand but you know people are always extra careful when it involve there document,have suggested that but he insist in sending it, just want to know if it ok for him to send it.?

It's "ok" if he mails it but, shouldn't you review the documents yourself to see if the proper documents are being sent and all the forms are properly filled out? You wouldn't want to received another RFE or checklist since it would just delay your case even more.

I know for sure he's gonna do it good cause he as done for several people which I know of he makes a lot and he requested for my own affidavit copy when he was filling out his, just want to know if it would be ok for him to send it and if I won't need a copy at my interview. ?
