If the beneficiary has been divorced you will type divorced as the marital status. On the Oath section that you pointed out you type the sponsor's full name.

Timeline

My wife and I had been going back and forth with NVC about checklist here and there. We just received a mail from them say we have one or two documents missing but they will go ahead scheduling the visa interview in Acca Ghana west Africa. Just last week we again received a mail from them saying they've receive all our complete document and they gonna notify as when an interview and appointment date is ready could anyone advised as on what to do next and the kind of documents and preparations to do?. The last check list asked of 2014 tax return RIM transcript and w2. Thank you
