Can someone please confirm how many passport photos do I have to include in my adjustment of status application. I only intended to include 2 photos behind my G-325A form but now I am reading that I have to include passport photos behind the I-765 employment authorization form and I-131 form as well. Can someone confirm how much passport photos are really needed thanks.

You need a total of 6.

Each application is processed separately and they each need their required documents.

You should be fine - looks like they use the pictures, taken at the biometric appointment. I had only two, filing I-485 together with I-765 and I-131. EAD was issued without any problem. I-485 is still pending, but this is another story :) :) I have already had RFE, but it was not about lack of pictures anyway :)

Thanks so much Zedayn.

Hey Vicha thanks for replying. I think they definitely use the pic taken at the Bio appointment but I am just going to send the six anyway don't want to be Rfe for absolutely anything. I am just going to safeguard myself. Good luck on your journey hope you get your Interview soon all the best:-)

Yes, in my case they used the picture from the bio appointment. And, I only sent 1 picture for both the I-765 and I-131. I think they keep that one for their records. My Employment Authorization Document and Advance Parole came as a combo card. It says in small printing at the bottom of the card - "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole." But, still it was wise of you to be better safe than sorry.

Thanks for replying hun. I changed my mind I think I just going to include only two more photos one each for the Employment Authorization and one for the travel document bcuz Walgreen wants me to pay $23 for 4 additional passport photos and I am not paying that much for no 4 photos it ridiculous. I am just going to include 4 Photos with my hold AOS Application.

Thank you, Patra&Ricardo!!!!

Well, nobody wants RFE :) But, unfortunately, when you receive the Notice of Potential Interview Waiver, you never know how long it will take to process your AOS. Mine is pending 14 months, some people with NPIW are waiting even longer, some are already approved, but anyway it takes about or over a year. And in this case the most likely RFE will find us :) due to this long processing time some of papers are getting expired.. like medical examination, for example. or biometric.. or Tax returns, and so on... I have known my medical is already expired and I was not surprised to get RFE to re-do this..

But- that's me. Every case is different and has its own processing time. I wish you luck with you Immigration journey and you were adjusted as fast as possible!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, send 6 pictures, just for yourself to feel safe!!!!!!

Thanks again and GOOOOOD LUCK!!!!

I have no advice on what you asked, Just wanted to add a comment about the passport pics because $23 is waayy too much.

When I was sending off my last petition I realized I had lost the pics hubby mailed me from Jamaica so I needed new ones asap. I had him take a picture of himself and email it to me. Uploaded it to the site below and then saved it to my computer as a 4x6. I then sent it to walmart.com and picked them up in an hr. The person at Walmart had even cut them out and put them into that little sleeve they normally put passport pics in. The entire thing costed 61 cents.

I followed these instructions:

and did it here.
