My girlfriend lost the twins she was carrying one at 20 weeks and the other at 23 weeks. they both were born and survived for like 30 mins then passed. Do i need to list them on my n-400?

Was there a birth certificate? If no certificate, the answer is no. There are hundreds of thousands of miscarriages. No one at USCIS expects you to document them.

That's different. Miscarriage and stillbirth = child was not alive when born, so doesn't count.

But the OP's children were alive when born, and later died. He can even claim them as dependents on his taxes.

I would assume if they lived there was a death certificate as well? I would think the appropriate answer to cover your butt would be to put a comment such as 'died at birth' under current address - I'm so sorry, that didn't feel good to write
