AOS - I-864 Expired 3/31/15

The only AOS form (I-864) on the USCIS website says the form expired 3/31/15. Are they still accepting this form or is there a more current version I should use?

Also, can you tell me when determining household size, i think you are supposed to put a check or a "1" next to yourself in Part 5 "Sponsor's Household Size". I'm trying to type up the form online and for whatever reason it won't let me check this box online. Has anyone else had a problem with this?

i got checklist for this , since i can't check the box online i manually check the box and just total the numbers including yourself...
