Acceptable call records format???

My husband has been in AP since the past 11 months at the Islamabad embassy in Pakistan, at different points throughout administrative processing, the embassy has contacted us to ask for proof of relationship such as phone records. The last time the embassy asked us for call records was last month when they called him in for a second interview to address a problem they had with one of his documents, they had asked him to bring in 6 months worth of call records to which he took with him but they didnt acknowledge them and said to bring "solid" records, i guess they mean a record from the phone company, we dont talk through our direct line, we use apps like Facetime, Viber, tango, this is what we have been providing all along and this is the only format we have. I have also sent screenshots from the number it is coming from to show it is from my husband's number but mostly this is the format I have been using. I dont know what their looking for but their being silly.

I have attached a copy of the format of how we submitted the phone records.

I wanted to know how have others submitted their call records to the embassy? Was this the same format they used when they used their smartphones?

AP of this duration is not usually focussed on relationship issues. I would include the contact info for Hubby.

We could only get the last three months of my husbands phone records from the phone company, so we submitted screenshots similar to the example you provided.

dear sis ,, i never hear about that here in pakistan they provide you call recording ,, here they provide very hardly simple call history ,,

i think you should start using skype , do start recording through on it ,,,

Yes, ur right, they think hes not legally divorced from his first spouse, we r in process to provide that proof he is, this was just a side issue

I have been IN AP for 36 month They ask me same thing phone calls or email chat history they wanna see it that how long you been talking to him online or how do u know guys each other after that you sending these documents Your husband will get visa soon InshAllah When you send these documents to embassy so send them proof of relationship they will issued the visa after some times will call ur husband for fingers print or oath maybe so good luck still u got any question ask me thanks
