Hubby's feedback. We're sooo happy

My appt was for 10 am. My wife arrived in Lagos on Sunday to celebrate our anniversary and to accompany me to the interview.

I arrived at 8am. I walked in and met the security guards. I was asked to go outside to open my medical report.

My bag was searched then I was asked to sit in a sequential order. I waited about 5 hours to be called.

I walked up to the window of a nice Caucasian man i his 30s or so. He was super nice and even pronounced my difficult name correctly. I smiled.

I brought along with me mor photos, more chat logs, call records and huge rims of paper of chat logs from every app we used. Wifey said they already have tons of evidence and this was way too many papers but I was not taking any chances. I lugged everything but the kitchen sink with me. As soon as I walked up to his window he gave me back my photos that we sent at the USCIS and NVC stage without saying a word. At that point I got scared like omg why is he returning my photos,

He proceeded to ask me the following

Questions asked

1. What is your wife's name?

2. How many children does she have from her previous marriage

3. Have you been married before?

4. What are the ages of her kids and their names?

5. Interestingly enough he harbored on a few more questions pertaining to the oldest child which was ok sense I'm close with them.

6. He mentioned when my wife got divorced.

Then he pulled out 2 papers in silence, then said mr victor U can pick Up your visa from this location on this paper next week!

You're good to go!

I carried all the evidences back home. I tried to trick my wife outside but I couldn't hide my big smile!!!!

Our anniversary is tomorrow!

Congratulations. This is awesome. What a way to celebrate your anniversary.

Visa Journey helped me find an error on the AOS in February 2015. In March 2015 I was also able to help my spouse get the correct birth records required by NVC by reading the Nigerian thread on Visa Journey.

April 2, 2015- Case is in Supervisor Review because the DS260 form was sent electronically January 6, 2015 but hasn't been reviewed as of yet.

April 17, 2015- I finally have the 3rd N/A next to the Affidavit of Support fee. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday (Thursday). She told me she would have the case reviewed by the end of the week. It looks like she kept her word. I will call again tonight to confirm case complete :)

April 17, 2015- CONFIRMED CASE COMPLETE

June 18, 2015- Interview

July 01 , 2015- CEAC Status Shows Issued
