g-28 filed with I-130?

If yes, DS-261 not needed at all,

and

AOS and IV Fee bills will arrive same day, and soon.

Check in with NVC if you want to, it's allowed ! [via telephone]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Call the NVC yourself (it's a long wait, and if you can't get through right away, keep trying). I too am using an attorney, but the attorney had not given the NVC my email nor my phone number! Better to check yourself to be sure.

Ok? So what you mean is I can call nvc to give out our email even if our attorney is the agent?

yes.

And also regarding the aos do we need to send 3 aos cos my husband is sponsoring three people?

yes. 3 humans, 3 casefiles, 3 AOS, 3 IVs.

AOS fee should only be 1, NVC gives you a nice discount.
