Hi all I know this question has been asked numerous time but just want to be on the safe side.

For case complete on the ceac site , Once the AOS fee turn N/A or once there is 3 N/A.......that indicate a case complete ????

It is one way to find out ,but its always better to have the NVC confirm case complete .that's what I did anyways .

Same thing happened here. My case is complete and I just received an email two days ago stating this (July 29, 2015) but I still have 3 n/a showing online. It took 7 days from the verbal "Case Complete" by a supervisor on the telephone to receiving the email confirmation two days ago. I am justing waiting for an interview now. I was told it could take up to a month to receive a date. Good luck!
